BOOK BUNDLES

1. Book Bundles contain a curated collection of previously loved and vintage books. Signs of age and wear should be expected and are part of their charm. Any significant wear or damage will be noted in the product description.

THE SEASONAL STUDIO

1. The Seasonal Studio is a limited-edition seasonal mailing created and packed by hand in small quantities. Due to the nature of this offering, all sales are final and cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted.

2. Annual Collection purchases reserve your place for all four seasonal mailings included in the current collection year. Individual seasonal collections and annual subscriptions are available only while quantities remain.

3. Seasonal mailings are shipped during their corresponding seasonal shipping windows. Shipping dates are estimates and may occasionally vary due to production schedules, unforeseen delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.

4. The contents of each Seasonal Studio collection are intentionally curated as a surprise experience. Product images and descriptions are representative in nature, and specific contents may vary from season to season.

5. Because each collection is created in limited quantities and often includes handmade or vintage elements, substitutions of equal or greater value may occasionally be made when necessary.

6. Preorder items are purchased in advance and will ship within the timeframe stated on the product listing. By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree to the stated shipping timeline. If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your entire order may ship together once the preorder item is ready, unless otherwise noted.

SHIPPING

1. Orders are currently shipped within the United States via USPS.

2. Unless otherwise noted, all items are in stock and ready to ship.

3. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-10 business days after payment is received.

4. Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline only and cannot be guaranteed.

5. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us prior to purchasing to discuss expedited shipping options.

6. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

7. Once an order has been accepted by USPS, ownership and responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

8. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with returned packages, address errors, reshipments, or refused deliveries.

Damaged, Stolen or Lost orders:

1. Julia Rose Muller is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

2. If your package is lost or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS directly to file a claim or locate your shipment.

3. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the item and packaging so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
