1. All Julia Rose Muller artwork and sculptures are handmade in New York. All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

BOOK BUNDLES

1. The Book Bundles are composed of a curated selection of previously loved and vintage used books. Their condition will likely reflect this, though any significant wear will be noted. Purchases are final sale and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

SHIPPING

1. All orders are shipped within The United States and sent via USPS.

2. All items are in stock, unless noted otherwise, and ready to ship. Orders are processed and mailed within one week of receiving payment.

3. Packages can be expected to arrive within a week after shipping, though delivery dates are not guaranteed.

4. Julia Rose Muller is not responsible for delays caused by the postal services. Shipping times may exceed the estimate due to factors outside of our control.

5. Tracking info will be provided with every order, though the buyer assumes all responsibility once the order has left our premises. We are not responsible for any shipping charges incurred by returned packages. The customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges once it has left our premises.

Damaged, Stolen or Lost orders:

1. A claim needs to be filed with the shipping service provider used and not with Julia Rose Muller. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, Julia Rose Muller is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit. The products covered by each contract (i.e. accepted order) are at your risk upon delivery of the order to the carrier. Julia Rose Muller cannot be held responsible for late or missing deliveries.

2. If the item you receive has incurred damage during transit, Julia Rose Muller is not responsible for providing reimbursement or replacement.

3. By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

4. We will communicate acceptance of your offer after we receive confirmation of your payment being processed. We will send you an acknowledgement e-mail confirming acceptance of your order.

5. All prices stated on the website are in United States Dollar (USD) Julia Rose Muller does not accept returns.

6. All sales are final. Exchanges and cancellations are not permitted.

All content such as graphics, logos and images used on the Site is the property of Julia Rose Muller and is protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.
